The technology of processing of solid oil and drilling waste into the ready road-building materials is performed with the use of the modified sulfur.
In production of sulfur asphalt concrete solid oil waste (so-called contaminations rich in heavy hydrocarbons up to 10-15 %) is used as binding material.
This technology may use no asphaltic road oil. At this, the quality of the received mixture meets the requirements of GOST 9128 – 97 type Â, class II.
In this case there is a possibility to reduce content of hazardous substances in the initial waste to the harmless level in the new ready road-building materials.
Heavy drilling wastes are processed in the same way.
Produced samples of the ready road-building materials are tested in the road building laboratory (Test record ¹392), (Test record ¹405). The results meet the requirements of the current GOSTs.
